Vintage handmade crystal glass rhinestone tiara headpiece. Made in the Czech Republic in the 1990's. In a classic Art Deco design with a prong set crystal rhinestone crown front which measures 34mm or 1.3 inches in height. The metal band on the tiara is 4.5 inches in diameter but is adjustable by half an inch. The metal is fully plated but does have some marks on the inner surface.
