Vintage handmade crystal glass rhinestone tiara headpiece. Made in the Czech Republic in the 1990's. Made with older vintage filigree wirework sections in a classic Art Deco design with a crystal rhinestone crown front which measures 1.9 inches in height. The metal band on the tiara is 4.5 inches in diameter but is adjustable by half an inch.
