Vintage handmade crystal glass rhinestone and pearl beaded tiara headpiece. Made in the Czech Republic in the 1990's. In a classic Art Deco hearts design with set crystal clear rhinestones and pearl beads. The front measures 1.5 inches in height. The metal band on the tiara is 4.75 inches in diameter but is adjustable by half an inch.
