Antique Czech 2 part brass mounted glass cabochon button. With a brass metal mount and inset "peacock" eye glass cabochon. The cabochon is reverse silver foiled with a red eye in crystal glass. The metal mounts on these buttons were plated and this inevitably wears off or oxidises with age. This has signs of this wear.
Origin: Northern Bohemia circa 1900's
Size: 13mm; 8/16" approx
